  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform our sales strategy.

Communication:

  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and sales teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Professional Development:

  • Maintain and enhance your professional skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.

Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
