About the Role:

As the Head of Sales at Universal Business Team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth. You will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and external partners.
  4. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  2. Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong analytical and technical skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
