We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to collaborate with the UK Sales Manager in driving business growth within the UK and Ireland. Based in mainland UK, you will be expected to travel extensively to meet clients and expand our market share.

Sales Engineer Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of increasing sales revenue and achieving planned goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling cutting tools and tool holding products
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to grow the UK market share
  • Collaborating with the UK Sales Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in selling cutting tools and metal cutting products
  • A technical qualification (BEng, HNC/HND) or engineering apprenticeship
  • Excellent understanding of the marketplace, competitors, and industry trends

Benefits Package:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £65,000, uncapped commission, car allowance, phone, laptop, and work-from-home facilities. Additionally, we offer 33 days annual leave, medical/dental/life insurance, and pension scheme.
