We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Floor Ambassador in HighCross Leicester. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about athletic sneakers and apparel, and has excellent communication skills.

About the Role
  • We estimate the salary for this position to be between £6.17 and £12.92 per hour, depending on experience.
  • This role offers a competitive benefits package, including 28 days of holiday plus an extra day per year for the first 5 years, and an associate discount of between 30 – 50%.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service. You will also deliver sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations, while maintaining personal and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring customers have a great in-store experience by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
  • Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs.
  • Maintaining awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends.
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
