Are you an experienced administrator seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Team Leader to join our Central Accreditation and Data team in Leicestershire. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management. Excellent customer care and communication skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders. Experience in line managing and prioritizing tasks is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking and processing enrolments over the phone
  • Registering learners with awarding bodies
  • Inputting data onto our MIS system
  • Line Managing Admin Assistants and supporting the HUB Manager

Essential Requirements:

  • English qualification equivalent to Functional Skills L2 or above
  • Maths qualification equivalent to Functional Skills L2 or above
  • Clerical/financial/administrative skills
  • Customer care experience
  • Minute-taking experience
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own work
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

We offer:

  • An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • A 0.5 FTE (18.5 hours weekly) contract
