Coaching and Development Officer

We are seeking an experienced rowing coach to join our team at Trinity College, Cambridge. The successful candidate will have a strong coaching background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing young athletes.
The role will involve working closely with students, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their full potential in rowing. This includes developing training plans, managing equipment, and supporting crews to achieve high levels of success.
A rowing coaching qualification (ideally British Rowing Level 2) and experience of L2R programmes would be highly desirable. A Health and Safety qualification is also essential.
The salary for this position is £15,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package including free lunch, cycle to work scheme, subsidised gym, private health and dental care, Employee Assistance Programme, and Defined Contributory Pension scheme.
