The successful candidate will have a background in construction and live within a 15-mile radius of Cambridge. They should be looking to move into a coaching role where they can make a real difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities include working with construction companies, providing full training, and mentoring apprentices. The company offers a competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000, free onsite parking, and 45 days holiday.

Additionally, you will benefit from a 28% pension scheme and excellent progression opportunities.
