We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Support Coordinator to join our Fostering Team in South London.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities- To provide comprehensive support to foster carers, ensuring compliance with national fostering standards and regulations.
- To understand in-depth assessments of potential foster carers, providing recommendations to the fostering panel.
- To offer ongoing supervision and professional guidance to foster carers, addressing any challenges they face.
- To work in close collaboration with children's services, fostering panels, and external agencies to ensure children's needs are effectively met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care and excellent communication skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
