About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical PBS Advisor to join our team at Livewell Southwest CIC. As a substantive Band 5 position, this role involves working with individuals with learning disabilities and their carers, providing functional behaviour assessment, data analysis, formulation, and care planning as part of a team delivering Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches.

Main Duties
  • Conduct thorough behaviour assessments, identifying areas of need and developing effective PBS plans.
  • Analyse data to inform PBS planning, contributing to the development of the Community Learning Disabilities Team and promoting evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the MDT to report regularly to the Group Manager/Clinical Lead for Positive Behaviour Support, including participation in caseload supervision, formal appraisals, and management supervision.
  • Engage in continuing professional development activities, staying current with best practices in PBS and its application.
  • Promote equality and inclusion, ensuring that services are accessible and non-discriminatory, considering the diverse needs of individuals.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
