**ADMINISTRATOR - Business Intelligence Team**

We have approximately 140 employees and employ a wide variety of different roles including Salaried GP’s, Pharmacists, Paramedics, Physiotherapists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Pharmacy Technicians, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Phlebotomists, Patient Advisors, Administrators and many more
**Role Responsibilities**:
The following are the core responsibilities of an Administrator within our Business Intelligence team, there may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels.
- Responsible for recalling eligible patient groups for their long-term condition reviews, blood tests, vaccinations etc.
- Providing administrative support to our Care Home and Frailty Team.
- Overseeing the Discharge to Assess administrative process.
- Working as part of the surgery’s income-generating team to meet targets
- Undertaking the administrative process for Cervical Screening invitations and result processing.
- Participating in audits
- Having an awareness of GDPR requirements and ensuring they are being adhered to at all times.
- Working alongside the Patient Advisor Team if and when the need arises.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
- High level of computer literacy.
- Experience in using clinical systems (preferably Systm1).
- A flexible pro-active approach to work.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality at all times.**Why should you apply?**
