**Job Description**:
Our client, an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy practice is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Administrator to join their team in their lovely Plymouth office.
They’re rapidly expanding and currently have 6 offices across the south of England so far - and you could be a part of this exciting growth
The successful Administrator should be naturally organised and have a keen eye for detail. As the Administrator, you will have relevant experience and will possess excellent IT and communication skills, a clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

**Job details**:

- Salary £20,475
- Full time, Permanent
- Monday - Friday

**As the successful Administrator, you will**:

- Welcome and provide hospitality to all office visitors.
- Answer incoming phones in a polite and helpful manner.
- Look after the office space and ensure the safe and effective running of the office.
- Assist the Office Manager with any office issues - reviewing and efficiently dealing with issues of breakages, tidiness, and cleanliness.
- Ensure stationery is well maintained and stocked up.
- Manage daily post, incoming and outgoing.
- Print, bind and provide general administration for the teams.
- Organise travel and accommodation for staff.
- Ensure that signing in and out sheets are checked daily.
- Assistance with office health and safety duties
- To provide admin support for other support team members as required
- Any additional duties as required.
