HR People Partner

At CGR Services, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment where our employees can thrive. As an HR People Partner, you'll play a vital role in supporting our People Leaders to develop a positive workplace culture and build strong relationships with their teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and guidance to People Leaders on HR best practices, employment law, and policies to ensure compliance and effective people management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the growth and development of our employees.
  • Support the development of positive workplace relationships, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of HR programs, policies, and procedures that promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and employee well-being.
  • Stay up-to-date with current employment law and HR practices in New Zealand, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to People Leaders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices in New Zealand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with People Leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide sound advice and guidance to People Leaders.
