Employee Relations Manager

Job Summary:

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnering with a leading multichannel retailer to find an experienced Employee Relations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business leader and work with a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key member of the HR team, providing support and developing effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of cases, prioritizing activities based on deadlines and timescales.
  • Provide face-to-face support to managers or act as HR lead on complex people matters, including hearings and appeals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing complex HR cases.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and legislation.
  • Confident communication with people at all levels.
  • Strong partnership working with stakeholders.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 7) is desirable.
  • Commercial and pragmatic approach to providing HR risk-based solutions.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond positively to feedback.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving license (field-based roles).

What We Offer:

Salary up to £43,000 + car + benefits.
