As an Interim HR Advisor, you will provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of issues including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage HR projects, including the roll-out of new programs and initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Adept at prioritising and managing time effectively.
We offer a competitive day rate of £150 - £180, the opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team, and the chance to gain valuable experience in a contract role with potential for extension.
