Position Overview:

Reed HR is seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish and manage HR systems across the group. As the first HR hire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR function, overseeing daily HR operations, and partnering with management to create and implement HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR systems, processes, and policies that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee and manage payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
  • Design and manage performance evaluation systems to ensure regular assessment and development of staff.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, mediating disputes and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations, advising management on necessary actions and updates.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and enforce HR policies and procedures that support the company's growth and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in HR management, including recruitment and employee relations.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and performance evaluation processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Transport experience desirable
  • HR certification is a plus.
