Chief Financial Officer Candidate

At HR GO Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organisation's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage the organisation's budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management and the board of directors.
- Financial Transactions and Compliance: Oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop and manage financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Funding Proposals and Grant Applications: Collaborate with program managers to develop funding proposals and grant applications.
- Financial Analysis and Recommendations: Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager.
- Financial Management Principles: Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Financial Software Proficiency: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
