We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Chief Operations Officer to join our vibrant charity and drive our organization forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with our mission.

  • Financial Stewardship: Provide strategic financial oversight and ensure responsible resource management, ensuring our financial stability and security.
  • Governance and Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain strong governance practices, ensuring our organization remains compliant and accountable.
  • People and Culture: Prioritize the well-being and development of our talented team, creating a welcoming and equitable workplace for all.

About You:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of five years of senior management experience in a charity or not-for-profit organization, with a proven track record of success.
  • Sector Expertise: Experience working in health, social care, or education is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams towards shared goals, with a strong vision for the future.
  • Passion for Social Change: A deep commitment to our mission and a desire to make a positive impact, with a passion for creating lasting change.
