About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Partner to join our team. As a Business Partner, you will coach and support our dynamic group of leaders who are keen to deliver for our kaimahi. With your solid generalist HR experience, you will partner with the business, while also providing support and guidance to other team members as needed.

You will deliver high-quality, best-fit HR and ER advice and support. As we are a small but mighty team, this role spans a full range of activity from strategic partnering to practical, tactical hands-on recruitment, workforce planning, change initiatives, and performance management.

You will collaborate closely with our People & Culture group specialist functions such as strategic talent acquisition and management, organizational development, engagement and communications, and operational excellence in support of your delivery of world-class business partnering.

About You

You will be an experienced HR Advisor, OD practitioner, or seasoned HR BP looking for your next challenge. You'll need a good understanding of annual cyclical HR processes, lifting organisational capability, and the ability to look for improvements.
