About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Business Partner to join our team at Landcorp Farming Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in enhancing our safety culture, developing standards, coaching and mentoring our people, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Enhance Our Safety Culture: Lead and implement health, safety, and wellbeing programs that foster a culture of safety and compliance across our 112 farms and operations.
  2. Develop Standards: Assist in the development and implementation of our critical risk standards and assurance framework, ensuring they meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practice.
  3. Coach and Mentor: Partner with our people to provide guidance and training to teams, helping them to adopt best practices and improve their safety and wellbeing practices.
  4. Drive Continuous Improvement: Be a subject matter expert in Health, Safety, and Wellbeing and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives, making recommendations for improvements based on data and feedback.

Requirements
  1. A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience at a senior level in health, safety, and wellbeing.
  2. Demonstrated experience in critical risk frameworks and developing and implementing health and safety programs, technical writing, and conducting risk assessments.
  3. Comfortable with travel and capable of working independently and across various farms and facilities.
