Key Responsibilities- Enhance Our Safety Culture: Lead and implement health, safety, and wellbeing programs that foster a culture of safety and compliance across our 112 farms and operations.
- Develop Standards: Assist in the development and implementation of our critical risk standards and assurance framework, ensuring they meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practice.
- Coach and Mentor: Partner with our people to provide guidance and training to teams, helping them to adopt best practices and improve their safety and wellbeing practices.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Be a subject matter expert in Health, Safety, and Wellbeing and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives, making recommendations for improvements based on data and feedback.

Requirements- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience at a senior level in health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Demonstrated experience in critical risk frameworks and developing and implementing health and safety programs, technical writing, and conducting risk assessments.
- Comfortable with travel and capable of working independently and across various farms and facilities.
