Health and Safety Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Business Partner to join our team at Landcorp Farming Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in enhancing our safety culture and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Health and Safety Programs: Lead the development and implementation of health and safety programs that foster a culture of safety and compliance across our 112 farms and operations.
- Assist in Critical Risk Framework Development: Assist in the development and implementation of our critical risk standards and assurance framework.
- Coach and Mentor Teams: Partner with our people to provide guidance and training to teams, helping them to adopt best practices and improve their safety and wellbeing practices.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Be a subject matter expert in Health, Safety, and Wellbeing and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives, making recommendations for improvements based on data and feedback.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience at a senior level in health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Demonstrated experience in critical risk frameworks and developing and implementing health and safety programs, technical writing, and conducting risk assessments.
- Comfortable with travel and capable of working independently and across various farms and facilities.
