About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Lead People Business Partner. This is a key role that will provide leadership on workforce planning and associated projects, as well as a business partner service to the Corporate Services' Departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide effective, visible, professional People & Culture and workforce leadership across Corporate areas and in conjunction with external NHS colleagues.
  2. Develop and implement workforce planning processes that support short, medium, and long-term business needs.
  3. Work closely with the People services team and Systems Manager to ensure that ESR data is aligned to workforce planning requirements.
  4. Be the key workforce representative for Corporate areas at Performance Review meetings and other relevant meetings.
  5. Ensure all Corporate leads have access to timely and relevant workforce data and information on the performance of their workforce.
  6. Lead on the production of an annual training plan for managers and staff working in the Corporate areas.
  7. Develop and maintain the People & Culture workforce reporting systems.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable senior HR management experience at operational/business partner level in a large organisation.
  • NHS experience within HR/People team.
