## Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at the University of Kent. As an HR People Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering people management priorities, driving a high-performance culture within our partnership with Kent and Medway Medical School (KMMS).

## Key Responsibilities

* Deliver a holistic suite of HR services, improving and streamlining HR policies and processes
* Support and develop relationships between KMMS and its NHS partners
* Develop, oversee, and implement workforce planning objectives
* Play a proactive role in the management of employee relations issues and assist in the resolution of HR matters
