Role Overview:

The Property Compliance and Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) in the North West of England. This involves managing onboarding and withdrawal of properties within the allocated portfolio, conducting regular inspections, and performing minor repairs.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage onboarding and withdrawal of properties within the allocated portfolio in line with the Housing Officer Local Operating Procedures (LOP).
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties within the allocated portfolio in accordance with the AASC Contract and property standards guide.
  • Perform minor property repairs within the scope enabled by training, experience, and provided toolkit and spares.
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

 

Requirements:
  • A valid UK driving license is mandatory for this role. A company car will be provided.
  • Criminal Record Bureau checks are required due to the nature of the role.
