Job Description

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a Compliance Manager for Hospitality to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our hospitality clients, ensuring they meet all statutory compliance requirements.

You will have extensive experience in property compliance, with a proven track record of success in managing complex compliance projects. You will be highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

About the Job

  • Reporting on statutory compliance databases within Ostara as required
  • Developing and implementing compliance strategies to ensure optimal results
  • Collaborating with contractors and internal teams to achieve compliance goals

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in property compliance
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex compliance projects
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £34,500 per annum, plus benefits including a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities for professional development.
