Job Overview

We are seeking a Property Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. This role will involve working with a well-established hospitality client, providing support with compliance and ensuring statutory requirements are met.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in property compliance and be familiar with Ostara software. They will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors and colleagues.

About the Role

  • Reporting on statutory compliance databases within Ostara as required
  • Managing interfaces with Ostara, loading and auditing certification in the Property Management System
  • Specialist contractor monitoring and review in relation to agreed KPIs & SLAs
  • Auditing and authorizing quotations from compliance contractors
  • Supporting a Compliance Administrator and assisting them in their role

Requirements

  • Strong property compliance experience
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

What We Offer

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable hospitality company, offering a salary of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role is hybrid, with 2-3 days spent in the office each week.
