Job Description: The Leaders Romans Group is seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to join our property management department in Northwich/Chester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch portfolio, providing guidance and support to Property Managers, and driving business growth through strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular morning meetings with the team to discuss ongoing projects and tasks.
  • Support and guide Property Managers on new legislation implementation to ensure compliance and minimize disruptions.
  • Investigate customer complaints and develop effective responses to resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of Property Managers.
  • Monitor teams' overdue workflows and provide support to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional telephone manner and organizational skills.
  • Experience leading a small team and proven history working within the property industry.
  • Full UK Driving License Required.
