Job Description

As a Supervisor of Café Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of volunteers and staff in a busy community café environment.

You will ensure that all aspects of café operations run smoothly, including managing stock levels, preparing menus, and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of volunteers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and support the café's mission.
  • Prepare menus and plan daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to secure fresh produce and other essential ingredients.
