Job Overview: Support Team Lead
The Support Team Lead at Loftware will be responsible for assisting with navigating resolutions to challenging incidents and customer escalations, participating in the hiring and onboarding process, and serving as a thought leader, customer advocate, and partner to your team and customers.
About the Role:
- This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences are necessary.
- The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience leading customer support teams in the tech or SaaS space and a successful track record hitting and maintaining ambitious metrics.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of customer support leadership or technical support leadership experience.

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
