About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Department Team Lead to join our team at Atlantic Coast Athletic Clubs, LP. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate will have prior professional childcare experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity. They must be able to stand, move, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. A genuine interest in working with and interacting with children is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, orderly, and successful operation of the Kids Zone during weekends. You will lead the team, provide constructive feedback and coaching, and foster a culture centered on achieving goals with high customer service standards.

As a Department Team Lead, you will create and support special events to promote the department and club, maintain regularly scheduled hours on the weekend department schedule, and keep the team and members informed of events and activities.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
