  • As an Operational Manager, you will deputise for the General Manager and ensure the delivery of business KPIs and objectives.
  • You will manage, coach and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the business runs efficiently, effectively and in line with company expectations, policies and procedures.
  • You will engage teams to deliver improved business results through effective people management practices.

Essential attributes and experience:

  • Confident customer communication and leadership skills.
  • Good organisational skills, time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Customer-facing experience in retail, leisure or hospitality environments.
  • Numeracy and Literacy skills.
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft Office suite and industry bespoke software.
