Established in the North West, a reputable Chambers seeks an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on an interim basis. Expected salary for this role is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

You will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding their outstanding accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely settlement.

  • Liaise with clients to resolve account discrepancies and facilitate efficient payment processing.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in debt collection and billing, enhancing the Chamber's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to manage client relationships and drive account resolution.
  2. Analyze and optimize workflows to streamline debt collection and billing processes.
  3. Present regular updates on debt situations and problem clients to the Practice team, advising on efficient billing methods.

This role requires a skilled Credit Controller with a proven track record in managing client relationships, maintaining professional standards, and navigating the Court and Legal Systems.
