About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Operations Manager to join our team at Together Financial Services Limited. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing our treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and budgeting. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in financial operations, with a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage our cash flow forecasts, ensuring accurate projections and timely payments
- Prepare and review financial reports, highlighting trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations or treasury management
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
