Commercial Sales Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team in the metal sector. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with key decision-makers at potential client companies through direct communication, including phone calls and professional networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Promote key products and value-added services to targeted industry sectors, ensuring the company's offerings meet client needs.
- Meet commercial sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role, preferably within the metal sector or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of steel plate, plate processing, and structural sections is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
