Account Growth Executive Job Summary:
Talent Search Ltd seeks a highly motivated Account Growth Executive to contribute to the company's continued success by driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

In this role, you will:
  • Foster exceptional customer relationships and manage accounts efficiently.
  • Achieve specific sales goals and client demonstration objectives.
  • Regularly interact with existing accounts to secure repeat orders and generate new leads.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all sales leads and new client prospects to maximize revenue.
  • Update the client database at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a holistic service to clients.
  • Manage your own diary and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ensure accurate task administration.

About This Opportunity:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • B2B field sales and account management experience.
  • A proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • A high work rate and excellent communication skills.

Remuneration and Benefits:
The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus generous commission and competitive benefits.
