The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Director to lead and grow our most important client relationships. The successful candidate will drive revenue and gross profit growth through strong client engagement, strategic account planning, and cross-selling our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary contact for key accounts, aligning our solutions with their business needs.
• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with client stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our service offerings.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with clients.
• Represent client interests internally, communicating feedback and needs.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
• 5+ years in key account management within technology (digital transformation, Azure, AI, etc.).
• Proven success managing large accounts, achieving growth targets, and building C-suite relationships.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
