Business Development Manager

The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging new apprenticeship opportunities. With a strong focus on sales, this individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure the delivery of an excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- To identify and engage new apprenticeship business through various approaches, including calls, meetings, presentations, events, and networking.
- To undertake proactive sales activities, such as telesales, face-to-face, and online engagement, to secure Adult Education Budget.
- To work towards agreed KPIs as part of the Business Development sales pipeline to achieve annual revenue and apprenticeship lead targets.
