We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Director to lead our client's team of retail store managers. Our client is a leading sofa and furniture retailer, known for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, including staff planning, performance reviews, and sales targets. They will also be responsible for driving business growth and development through effective leadership and management.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45K-£50K, plus an uncapped bonus package of up to £75K-£100K. In addition to this, you will receive a company car, laptop, and phone.
