Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Talent Search Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for business development, account handling, and customer service. About the Role:

You will be working as a key member of our sales team, driving business growth through proactive sales strategies and effective account management. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and expand services.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Managing administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation, to maintain accurate records and optimize processes.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A proven track record in B2B field sales and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A high level of adaptability, resilience, and enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement.
