We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Front Desk Agent and Reception to join our busy NHS practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the public and has excellent communication skills.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for dealing with patient requests, booking appointments, issuing prescriptions, and handling patient queries.
  • You will also be required to work collaboratively with the practice team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working in a reception environment or with the general public. A good understanding of computer packages and previous experience working in a demanding environment would be advantageous.
