About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Personal Support Assistant to join our team at Nexxus Care. As a Personal Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily living activities and promoting their independence.

Job Description:
  • Provide personalized support and care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Healthcare or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
