Creative Support Careers is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Cannock. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with learning disabilities. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users by providing them with a high quality of life and a wide range of opportunities for personal development and fulfillment.
You will be responsible for engaging with service users, developing, implementing, and reviewing plans with them and their families, and working positively and proactively with multi-agency professionals. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering individualized, modern social care and has a passion for creating a vibrant, welcoming community. If you are a nurturing professional with excellent communication skills and a minimum of twelve months experience in the sector, we would love to hear from you.
