We are seeking a Lead Community Support Worker to join our team in Adult Learning Disability - South Staffordshire.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support and supervise a team of Social Workers and Senior Practitioners.
  • Develop and implement effective community-based services to support adults with learning disabilities achieve their full potential.
  • Conduct assessments, reviews, and case management to ensure that adults with learning disabilities receive the necessary support to live independently.

This is a rewarding role that requires a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities. If you have a proven track record of delivering person-centred services and are committed to improving outcomes, we would like to hear from you.

The Ideal Candidate

You will need a professional social work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS) or other social work qualification certified by Social Work England.

A salary of approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum is available for this position.
