Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Cannock. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Job ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and reviewing plans with service users and their families. You will also work positively and proactively with multi-agency professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements- A minimum of twelve months' experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to engage with service users and commit to ensuring they enjoy the highest quality of life
As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country. You will also receive paid time off and holiday pay. Salary InformationThe salary for this role is estimated at £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
