We are a nationwide healthcare provider, dedicated to delivering person-centred care to adults with mental health needs. As a Care Worker in our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently and thrive in their communities.

With a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our service users, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A calm and patient nature is essential, as you will be working with individuals who may be experiencing emotional distress.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a care environment, including self-injury management, and a good understanding of mental health issues. Maybo training is preferred but not essential. If you are a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a difference, we would love to hear from you.
