Children's Home Care Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Home Care Worker to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a key member of our residential childcare team, you will provide high-quality care and support to young people aged 8-18 with Emotional Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) in a 3-bed children's home.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver excellent standards of care and support to young people in accordance with their individual needs and goals.
- To maintain a safe and healthy environment within the children's home.
- To work closely with other members of the team to ensure a holistic approach to care and support.
- To participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a residential setting with vulnerable children.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
