Children's Home Support Worker

Job Description:
We are looking for a Children's Home Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work with vulnerable children in a residential setting, providing support and care to help them thrive.
Salary: £29,196 per annum, inclusive of sleeps (estimated hourly rate: £12.31)
Location: Cannock, Staffordshire
Working Hours: 24 hours part-time, including sleeps
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and care to vulnerable children in a residential setting
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the well-being of service users
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with vulnerable children in a residential setting
- Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or willingness to obtain it
