Job Title: Compassionate Care Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your current skill base and work with individuals who require complex care and support.

You will be working with people of all ages, in their homes and communities, providing care and support for those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment
