About the Role

Our Reablement Service is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team in South Staffordshire. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting service users to regain their independence and learn new skills.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering person-centred care. You will be working closely with our occupational therapist team to prevent hospital admissions and support clients to stay at home as long as possible.

The ideal candidate will have a level 3 diploma in health and social care or be willing to work towards the qualification. A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are also essential.

**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
