We are seeking an inspirational Senior Education Professional to join our team in the Midlands, Cheshire, and Gloucester area.

This role involves working from home with minimal travel, designing and delivering short-term, personalised learning programmes nationally for pupils aged 5-19.

We support and engage young people who struggle to maintain attendance and learning in the school environment through a combination of direct home tutoring and online learning.

About the Role
  • SENCO Qualification or near completion required
  • QTS qualification essential
  • Experience as a SENDCo desired

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Endless enthusiasm, resilience, and vision
  • A commitment to further development
  • A robust understanding of SEND Code of practice
  • An understanding of SEMH education and how to support additional needs associated with SEMH pupils
