Vacancy: Senior Care Professional

We are recruiting a Senior Care Professional to oversee our supported living services in Staffordshire, Walsall, and Stoke-on-Trent.

About the Role:

  • Leadership: Direct day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of dedicated support staff, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Individualised Care: Develop tailored care plans empowering individuals to thrive within their communities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain high standards of quality and safety, adhering to CQC regulations.
  • Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.
  • Financial Management: Efficiently manage budgets and resources to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct a team delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Design and implement care plans catering to each individual's unique requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for comprehensive support.
  • Effectively manage budgets to meet financial objectives.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in management.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, establishing strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards, upholding high standards of care and safety.

Competitive Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum.
